The national media continues to play the victim card as President Trump often rails against their work in campaign rallies and speeches. CNN has taken the lead by asking every politician whether they agree with Trump’s assessment that they are “the enemy of the people.”

CNN caught up with Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) who disagreed with the president’s assessment but did offer a colorful opinion about the press, calling them “a pain in the ass.”

Here’s what he said, “No, I think the press in America is a check and balance on power. I think sometimes you get tribal like the rest of the country, sometimes you can be a pain in the ass, but you’re not the enemy of the people. As a matter of fact, without a free press, I would want to live in that country.”

Ouch!
