President Kirkman and Donald Trump

Yesterday, the easily offended were outraged (again) over supposed comments made by President Trump in which he described some countries as being “s***holes.”

Trump allegedly said, “Why are we having all these people from s***hole countries come here?”

But this morning the president denied making those comments tweeting, “The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used. What was really tough was the outlandish proposal made – a big setback for DACA!”

And then, “Never said anything derogatory about Haitians other than Haiti is, obviously, a very poor and troubled country. Never said “take them out.” Made up by Dems. I have a wonderful relationship with Haitians. Probably should record future meetings – unfortunately, no trust!”

Yet in true Democrat fashion, they are using this comment as a political football. Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) had some of the strongest words saying:

“’In the course of his comments, [Trump] said things that were hate-filled, vile and racist,’ Durbin told reporters on Friday. ‘I cannot believe in this history of the White House, in that Oval Office, any president has ever spoken the words that I personally heard our president speak yesterday.’”

Democrats clearly believe this is something they can use to pressure the president. While that remains to be seen I had to wonder if this was a political scandal concocted by the over imagination of some Democrats who watch too much television.

Almost this exact situation played out in an episode of ABC’s ‘Designated Survivor’ in season 2. In the episode President Kirkman (played by Kiefer Sutherland) makes an offhand remark about Americans being ‘suckers.’ A spiteful (Republican, of course) legislator then runs to the press to use it to start a scandal. It immediately takes over the airwaves and Kirkman is forced to deal with this manufactured scandal.

Check out the teaser video above for the ‘suckergate’ episode. Imagine they say ‘S***hole’ instead of ‘sucker’ and tell me it’s not almost the exact situation.

But if this is all the Democrats have then that is just plain pathetic.

In simple terms many of these 3rd world meccas of growth and prosperity are sh*tholes.

Use any term that serves your ears, however many of these countries are exactly as stated, to try to put lipstick on this is disingenuous.

Those suckers would complain if he just took a breath so who cares what they say. They are all ignorant, dumb, and wienies! In fact the places that were being discussed haven’t mentioned a word. Pathetic liberals just will not shut up!

      And GODLESS, when it comet to the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY and/or HIS SON JESUS CHRIST;
they are striving to turn a Christian country to a Satanic country, by attempting to force his desires,as in baby murder, homosexuality, lying, etc, etc….!

Maybe the Dems should be shown the time Obama said basically the same thing. Funny how they never remember those times.

Durbin has lied in the past. Why do we automatically assume his comments are true. FAKE NEWS strikes again.

Trump is smart. Durbin is an ass. What Trump needs to do it to add extra conditions on the DACA program every time Durbin opens his ignorant mouth. What he’s already done should be worth dropping birthright citizenship. Some say it’s contained in the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution and would require an additional amendment to fix. Others, including the Congressman who wrote the fourteenth amendment, say that the birthright citizenship was only ever supposed to apply to the children of the newly freed slaves. This sure as hell makes more sense than allowing every person in the world with enough money to fly here and drop their baby to have that kid become a citizen. Most of what Trump considered imperative was already in the DACA request-but just to show how angry he is with Durbin, he should lay out six or seven extra requirements and nail Durbin with one every time he shoots off his mouth. Trump has most of the high cards-Durbin thought he could get everything he wants for nothing-that ain’t negotiating. Democrats negotiate with foreign tyrants and give away the entire ballgame with no returns at all-but when they negotiate with a Republican, they try to get everything with nothing in return. DEMOCRATS: for Americans, nothing; for foreigners, anything you want.

The only people Amendment 14 gives soil based citizenship to is children born to US citizens and actual immigrants. An actual immigrant is is a foreign national who asked for and received permission to enter and live in the US, and swore an oath fealty to the US. Illegal aliens, migrant workers, HxB holders, visitors, refugees, and diplomats, do not and never have produced US citizens under Amendment 14. There is not and never has been anything called “anchor babies”. Children born to the American Indians, such as the Navajo, Apache, Sioux, and the Cherokee, were not US citizens until 1924 due to an Article 1 Section 8 Paragraph/Clause 4 law even though they were born in the US. This issue was clearly discussed in the 1875 Elk Supreme Court case and somewhat in the 1898 Ark case, which is mainly meaningless since we do not have subjects but citizens.

      • Big Ed

There is currently a booming business in the US, whereby pregnant women from foreign countries come to the US, check into a plush hotel, loll around until the delivery and go home with a newly minted American citizen wrapped in a blanket. The main country doing this is China and it is estimated that about 300,000 kids from China have dual citizenship. It is also estimated that there are 4.5 million Mexican children who have gained American citizenship through birth.

      • DRLJR

Except they are not actually US citizens. People keep ignoring what Amendment 14 actually states and what this clause “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” means. The US has never had absolute soil based citizenship. The issue is getting the Courts to enforce the US Constitution as written. Now, if you can cite an Article 1 Section 8 Paragraph/Clause 4 law I have missed it might be different. But Amendment 14 does not grant US citizenship to any children born under the conditions you listed. Just being born in the US does not always a child a US citizen.

It’s all a part of old socialist Karl Marx and his Communist Manifesto (~1850s), practiced and preached by old Chicago socialist, community organizer and union thug Saul Alinsky and his Rules for Radicals (1971).

      Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals (1971)

      1. “Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.”
      2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people.”
      3. “Whenever possible go outside the expertise of the enemy.”
      4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
      5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”
      6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
      7. “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”
      8. “Keep the pressure on,”
      9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
      10. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.”
      11. “If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside”
      12. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”
      13. “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”

Why is that a problem except for the use of a vulgar word? Those places are shitholes otherwise no one would be leaving. Do we really need immigrants form underdeveloped countries filling our schools? Aren’t the schools already bad? Do we need them benefiting from our welfare system ? Do we need them filling our hospitals? There is a simple solution and that is to have the liberals who support this insanity, let the liberals sponsor them. Each immigrant will have his resume placed on list from which a bleeding heart liberal will be allowed to select and put $50,000 in an escrow account that will be used in support of that immigrant. The immigrant will receive conditional status until the immigrant becomes self supporting or runs out of the $50,000 runs out at which time he can either stay, if self supporting, or go back home if the money runs out. Even give the Liberal a temporary tax write off which would be retracted if the immigrant fails. Any takers?

While “mudholes” might have been more aurally and esthetically pleasing to the culturally-sensitive among us, the truth, which has a history of frequently hurting, is what must be the overriding consideration. Starting with the reasons for which people choose,or are forced to leave a native homeland, certainly major considerations, it is the impact they will have on the country to which they are immigrating which, strategically, is most important, and must, logically, be the primary consideration for the president and government of the United States, since our national security, not the advancement of the world’s under-privileged populations, is what is at stake. If some pervasive sense of human compassion or consideration for conditions were a reality, why isn’t the government of the home country of these people exercising it?? It is true that we are prejudiced and that we discriminate for the benefit and purpose of our own security, and that of those who believe as we do. We are relatively worthless without it.
Few would argue, for example, that living in the once-prestigious, now “mudhole” of Montecito, Calif. required “discriminating taste,” unusual, financial ability, regardless of the lack of discrimination or consideration on the part of mother nature or, yes, God (“acts of God” are often, theologically, problematic) in devastating the place. It is truly tiresome to hear of countries and types of leaders where the conditions never seem to change and which are always in need of foreign aid or special consideration. If our principles for living were only valid relative to the natural resources which provide degrees of wealth, there would have been no outlawing of the burning of coal by large industries in the U.S. Coal, after all, is a cheap fuel source, having an extremely long history in the Western World.
Liberals and environmentalists are concerned about the “quality of air,” the “quality of water,” the amount of pristine, untouched forest land, on the one hand, yet, exacerbate conditions by utterly ridiculous demands for racial quotas, diversity quotas, opposing difference factors, to what end and what purpose? Isn’t the amount of controversy which already exists in the country due to diversity sufficient for the partisan-political division it causes? It is the values which we have or which we adopt relative to societal conventions which determines the degree of unity among us. Arguably, those who insist that laws need to be changed or waived for people who do not, will not or, for whatever reason, can not obey them are encouraging a breakdown of the fundamental, value system.
Our own ancestors sacrificed, paradoxically, for both the preservation, by the Confederate States, and the abolition, by the Union States, of slavery. If white skin color were all that united us, it is not apparent from the history of the mayhem of the Civil War. “Content of Character” formed by consciences informed by Judeo-Christian, Scriptural truths was at the heart of the spiritual dilemma caused by the institution of slavery. Admittedly, there was a basic perversion of the concept of the validity of law, based purely on the benefit derived from the institution of slavery. This, ironically, is what is the fundamental problem within the Democrat party, in particular, its ready willingness to disregard the moral basis for law and the universal applicability of the law and obedience to the law. This is completely unacceptable. “Equal justice” demands this. Those who will not subscribe to the pre-existent conditions which necessitate compliance must understand why the are refused admission to the U.S. It is the sole criterion which must have validity.
Otherwise, we will be the “sh**hole.”
It is unlikely that any of the third-world countries will be sending foreign aid to the “hellhole” which is Montecito.

Any person who continues to vote for a Democrat has their head stuck in the sand! If you do vote for a Democrat you must be a member of the Communist Party and believe the Government should control every aspect of your life! A “cradle to grave” society! Wake up Democrat voters, read your history books! What the Democrats are doing is full blown Marxism and Communism tactics! Their agenda is one of full destruction of Freedom in the United States!

Trump’s right. Many of the nations he is referring to are third world countries, run by despots, tyrants and local rebel militias. Many times, if not always, the medical and food care intended to help the needy and poor, are hijacked and sold to other parties for weapons and more power while the rest of the dependent population suffers in squalor. This is defined by the term “ShitHole”. That will never change with the current UN corrupt socialist bureaucracy. Today, the UN is the laughing stock of all humanity.
